A lot like WinnieJust like the namesake of our book club, I’ve had my nose buried in a book! We’ve been reading In the Woods by Tana French, and wow… this one left me feeling like we have so much to discuss this week. Bring your theories, and maybe a snack (add your dish to the sign up HERE)… and let’s dive into this twisty story together on Thursday, October 9 from 12–2 pm. If you haven’t RSVP’d yet, please do so by clicking the button below and I’ll make sure you receive the address for our gathering:
Schedule UpdateThere will be no class this coming Monday, October 13. Thank you so much for your understanding and flexibility. I hope you enjoy a restful start to the week. Save the Date: Saturday, October 18Join us for a once-a-month Saturday morning Yoga + Sound Bath Experience at Trilogy Dance Center. We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga class from 9:30–10:20 am, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath with Cherie from 10:30–11:30 am. Come for one or stay for both... it’s the perfect way to reset and recharge heading into the weekend.
