Practice with me from anywhere next week...

(Except for Trilogy😜)

Just a quick reminder that we won’t have class at Trilogy next week. Both Monday, 7/21, and Wednesday, 7/23, sessions are cancelled.

That said, we don’t have to stop practicing! If you’re craving movement, breath, or a little time to reset, my Virtual Membership is always open.

It includes a library of recorded classes you can use anytime, from anywhere. Whether you’re traveling, staying home, or simply needing flexibility, this is a great way to keep showing up for yourself.

The membership is usually $25 per month, but I’d love to offer you $10 off your first month. That means just $15, the same as a single class pass! Use the code SUMMERSALE at checkout. You can cancel anytime, no pressure.

Do you live in Oak Village North?

If so, you’re invited to a donation-based yoga class at the community park. We’ll gather from 7 to 8 pm, and all levels are welcome. Feel free to tell a neighbor!

This is a casual outdoor class with a playground in very close proximity. You can expect this session to be lighthearted, fun, and challenging. Just bring a mat, and come ready to enjoy class in nature!

A new happy home

I am happy to report that the fish and lily from the studio pond are alive and well in their new home. I just received this picture, where you can see everything thriving:

Isn't it lovely? It's a complete upgrade! Let this serve as a great reminder: What feels like chaotic upheaval often turns out to be exactly the shake-up we needed to create space for big growth.

On this note, if you are in need of someone to hold your hand while you move through that chaotic upheaval on your way to organized bliss, click the button below to learn more about my home organization coaching services!

Whether you’re rolling out your mat at home or just taking a few intentional breaths, be sure to make a little time to come back to yourself this week.

With love,

Monica

This past weekend has been heartbreaking for so many in the Texas Hill Country. The recent floods left behind heavy losses - lives, homes, histories - and while words can’t fix any of it, sometimes even the smallest act of care can help soften the weight.
