In last week's newsletter, I shared some plans for moving forward into this new phase (in case you missed it, please check it out HERE).* You're invitedI'm excited to welcome you to my new virtual studio and storefront! Available right now, you can purchase access to ALL of the classes I've ever recorded (including the tutorial workshops) for just $25 per month. As a virtual member, you can enjoy yoga with me anywhere, anytime. Choose from classes that are less than 10 minutes, all the way to a full hour! The best part is that I will keep adding new classes over time, so the variety will continue to grow. Soon, this new storefront will be where we book classes, buy passes, and connect for private sessions through Zoom. It will be a one-stop shop! So stay tuned for new developments. A few reminders...Our final Saturday Yoga + Sound bath at the studio will be THIS Saturday, April 26, from 9:30 to 11:30 am. RSVP to the yoga class by clicking the button below:

To this guy This past week, we practiced letting go as we said goodbye to our long-time yoga home, the studio and property off Highway 281. Thank you to ALL who showed up to celebrate with us! The final party was a huge success, and I am especially appreciative to those of you who participated in my rummage sale 🙏 Thanks for your contributions toward a fresh start! The first one... ...and the silly one! We are so fortunate to have had this space to practice, immerse, and float in. May we all...
And a birthday too! It was May 2013 that we first opened The Sanctuary at Family Fitness, and then May 2021 that I opened Hand Craft Yoga Studio. Now, in May 2025, we celebrate new beginnings! You're invited to join me at a birthday/farewell party this Wednesday, April 30th, at 1 pm! Have lunch and share a toast to our good times in this space.
