Turn and face the strangeLast week, I announced big news (in case you missed it, please check it out HERE). Thank you for all of your kind words of support and encouragement! You guys are the best. Now it's time to let you in on some upcoming plans as we move forward through this big change together: This week & next week (4/15 - 4/26):The last two weeks of our regular class schedule! Please come join me as we soak up all of our final classes here in this special space. Saturday, April 26th:Our final Saturday Yoga + Sound bath float will be on Saturday, April 26th! The yoga class is from 9:30 to 10:20 am, and the sound bath is right after, from 10:30 to 11:30 am. There are three hammocks left to reserve, so please reply to this email if you're interested!
If you're coming to the sound bath, just show up! Let me know if you're coming to the last Saturday yoga in the studio by clicking the button below:
Wednesday, April 30th:A big hoorah! Right after our Noon class ends on 4/30 (1 pm), join me for a party to celebrate our studio community and our final Winnie Wednesday. There will be lunch, treats, camaraderie, games, and a big group picture! Even if you can't come to the class, stop by for a smile and a snack. Join me and Cherie from 5:15 to 6:30 pm for a Restorative Yoga Sound Bath Healing Experience! Slow down and reset your energy as we move through gentle, prop-supported yoga poses while immersing in sound. This class has limited space, so RSVP now to claim your spot:
Don't worry; this is just the first of unique collaborations to come from Cherie and me. We have some fun plans in the works and are excited to invite you in on them soon! Monday, May 19th:Our first class in a new space! I'm excited to share that I'll be partnering with Trilogy Dance Studio in Downtown Bulverde to offer two weekly in-person classes starting 5/19. I hope you can join me on Mondays and Wednesdays from Noon to 1 pm at 2420 Bulverde Rd (less than 10 minutes away from our current studio space!). The Virtual StudioI hoped to introduce you to my new online platform today, but due to a technical difficulty, it isn't quite ready. Please stay tuned for the big reveal of this exciting offering! To this guy This past week, we practiced letting go as we said goodbye to our long-time yoga home, the studio and property off Highway 281. Thank you to ALL who showed up to celebrate with us! The final party was a huge success, and I am especially appreciative to those of you who participated in my rummage sale 🙏 Thanks for your contributions toward a fresh start! And a birthday too! It was May 2013 that we first opened The Sanctuary at Family Fitness, and then May 2021 that I opened Hand Craft Yoga Studio. Now, in May 2025, we celebrate new beginnings!
