A fantastic farewell
To this guyThis past week, we practiced letting go as we said goodbye to our long-time yoga home, the studio and property off Highway 281. Thank you to ALL who showed up to celebrate with us! The final party was a huge success, and I am especially appreciative to those of you who participated in my rummage sale 🙏 Thanks for your contributions toward a fresh start! We are so fortunate to have had this space to practice, immerse, and float in. May we all remember that the peace we have cultivated in this studio is accessible anywhere, anytime...simply by following our breath! I am happy to guide you through it ...From the past! Since we are taking a pause from in-person classes over these next 2 weeks, now might be a great time to check out my virtual library. These pre-recorded classes are available anytime, anywhere! And a birthday too! It was May 2013 that we first opened The Sanctuary at Family Fitness, and then May 2021 that I opened Hand Craft Yoga Studio. Now, in May 2025, we celebrate new beginnings!
