Saturday Yoga + Sound Bath (new location!) Come for one or stay for both! Don't forget to bring your yoga mat, and feel free to bring anything that will help you get cozy for the sound bath. If you’re feeling ambitious that day, you could also swing by the Mammen Family Public Library Literary Festival that morning (authors, vendors, food trucks, the works)... then make it to yoga and the sound bath afterward. And if you follow my personal ideal Saturday itinerary, you will end the day at Confetti & Cream. Which brings us to... I just want to say thank you. Your messages, your hugs, your stories, your memories of Winnie... I have felt it all. Truly, thank you for loving her right alongside me.
