Halloween edition👻

I have 2 too many comics like this saved to my computer:

Happy Halloween week!

Here I am with my brother, Marco, in 1996(ish?). I remember loving this costume. I thought rodeo clowns were hilarious. Shout out to mom for the awesome handcrafted costumes!

Don't trick yourself!

Just a reminder: Daylight Saving Time ends on this coming Sunday, Nov 2. We “fall back” one hour at 2 am... so enjoy that extra sleep and double-check your clocks before class on Monday!

Not this Saturday, but next:

Mark your calendar and tell a friend: You don't want to miss our special once-a-month Saturday Bliss-out Combo on November 8th! Start with an all-level yoga class with me from 9:30 to 10:20 am, and stay for a rejuvenating Sound Bath with Cherie from 10:30 to 11:30 am. The best way to start a Saturday!

Have a gourd-geous week and a happy Halloween!

With love,

Monica

My friend Chef Sally (you know her, you love her) and I...

The Pop Heard ‘Round the Parking Lot This past weekend, I stepped off a curb leaving dinner with my parents and rolled my ankle. I actually heard it pop. The moment took me right back to being 15 years old at a basketball game, sitting on the bench with a swollen, purple ankle that took weeks to heal. So needless to say, I was worried. Luckily, my care team (aka Mom and Dad) jumped into action with ice, compression, and the good old RICE rule. The next day was rough, but after just 24 hours I...

A lot like Winnie Just like the namesake of our book club, I’ve had my nose buried in a book! We’ve been reading In the Woods by Tana French, and wow… this one left me feeling like we have so much to discuss this week. Bring your theories, and maybe a snack (add your dish to the sign up HERE)… and let’s dive into this twisty story together on Thursday, October 9 from 12–2 pm. If you haven’t RSVP’d yet, please do so by clicking the button below and I’ll make sure you receive the address for...
