Add a new prop to your collection!

With no space to store 30 bolsters, it is time to downsize my assortment of cylindrical and rectangular cushions. Bolsters are great for relieving tension in the lower back when placed under the knees or thighs. They can be used in many ways to add comfort and support to your yoga practice.

The big bolsters (navy/purple) are $20 each. The smaller green bolsters are $10 each. If you're interested, please reply to this email and let me know!

For Saturday, June 7th! Join us at Trilogy Dance Center (in downtown Bulverde) for an all-levels Yoga class from 9:30 to 10:20 am, followed by a Sound Bath Experience with Cherie from 10:30 to 11:30 am.

I was watching Winnie trek through the yard in the late afternoon sun, wondering what it must be like to walk blindly through the field.

As I thought about what a brave and triumphant poodle she was, Winnie walked her face right into a mix of seven or so dandelion stems. Some went higher than her head, some framed her face, but only one let go of its delicate floaties. Instead of flying about in the wind, they stuck adorably to her little mustache. It was the cutest thing, and I wished I had had my camera. But, I didn’t.
